Warranty Information Sheet Davidson/Global 2 Volt Tubular Cells

Davidson/Global 2-volt tubular cells carry a seven^* year warranty. This warranty consists of a one-year free replacement period and the remainder of the warranty pro-rated.

This warranty covers only manufacturers defects. Premature failure due to overcharging, under-charging, breakage, abuse or neglect would not be covered.

Any additives of any kind put in the cells will result in voiding the warranty and should be avoided. Use only distilled water for maintaining cell fluid levels.

The cost of replacing a cell under warranty would be calculated by dividing the warranty months into the current cost of a new cell to generate a monthly cost. The monthly cost is then multiplied by the number of months the cell was in service. This is the amount it would cost to replace the cell under warranty.

Current cost - $382.56
84-month warranty
$382.86/84 = $4.56
Defective battery is 30 months old
30 X $4.56 = $136.80
Cost would be $136.80 to replace a 2-volt tubular cell 30 months old under warranty.
